RealtyAds understands that a successful leasing strategy involves a range of stakeholders, from brokers and marketers to asset managers, joint venture partners, and others, all of whom must communicate seamlessly for maximum leasing success.

However, as we worked with more partners, we found that clients were using different methods to communicate the impacts of RealtyAds’ AI. Some would rely on the monthly automated reports, while others would create custom reports. This variability led to differing opinions about RealtyAds and, more broadly, about paid digital advertising.
To address this, we designed and launched the “Service Snapshot” report, the most high-level report RealtyAds offers. It is specifically intended for stakeholders who have never been formally introduced to RealtyAds’ AI. The goal is to provide a visual overview of the product and demonstrate how RealtyAds’ AI is influencing the three core objectives it’s designed to achieve:
- Leading Broker Reach
- Leading Tenant Reach
- Leading Consistency of Reach
This report can easily be exported to PDF for internal presentations and should serve as the first report for anyone new to RealtyAds.
