• VP, UX & Design

Chris has lived and breathed RealtyAds since its inception in 2019 and currently serves as the Vice President of User Experience and Design. In his current role, he drives the development of all RealtyAds branded materials, as well as creatives for the ever-growing client roster. Chris oversees a talented team of graphic designers who ensure all creative outputs are on-brand for RealtyAds and clients -- and they never miss a beat! On the weekends, you’ll find Chris playing his guitar, on a patio somewhere enjoying food/drinks with his wife and dog, or (and most likely) maintaining the crispiest-edged lawn in the western suburbs of Chicago.

Dan joined RealtyAds in 2022 as a Software Engineer and has a flair for problem-solving and innovation. He specializes in developing robust and scalable solutions. His expertise spans across front-end and back-end technologies, enabling him to craft seamless user experiences while ensuring the reliability and efficiency of underlying systems. He attended the Rithm School, where he earned his full stack engineer certification. As a classical musician in percussion, he obtained a B.A. from Illinois State University and a graduate diploma from the New England Conservatory. Committed to staying updated on industry trends, Dan is always eager to explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance his craft. Outside of RealtyAds, Dan enjoys running, traveling, and performing as a percussionist with various local orchestras across the Midwest.

Maggie joined RealtyAds in 2024 as a Director of Account Management. With almost 10 years in direct client relationship management, she works closely with clients on a daily basis to provide strategic solutions to fulfill their unique leasing and brand goals. She has a background in sales and marketing, understanding the intricacies of digital campaigns, and provides tailored solutions to brokers, asset managers, and marketing teams. Maggie graduated from Monmouth College with a B.A. in Business Administration & Public Relations. She has always been passionate about helping others and serves on the Young Professionals Committee of Female Strong, a nonprofit that curates programs and initiatives to empower female youth. Outside of the office, Maggie can be found logging miles on the Chicago lakefront trail, walking her pup Tatum, or exploring Chicago's food scene.

Carter joined RealtyAds in 2022 as a Sr. Associate on the account management team and has since transitioned onto the strategic growth team as an Associate Director. A Chicago native and 2019 graduate of Columbia College Chicago, she brings over 5 years of experience managing relationships and demonstrating value through data-driven results. In her current role, she works with her clients to identify key areas to drive success through leveraging digital channels to influence leasing activity. Outside of the office, Carter can be found enjoying Chicago's newest brunch spots with her friends or exploring hiking trails and golf courses with her family in southern Utah.

Peter Dunn joined the RealtyAds team in 2024 as a Growth Associate, where he serves to educate clients on RealtyAds’ functionality in enhancing their digital presence to boost leasing activity. Before this role, Peter gained several years of experience in commercial real estate and digital marketing, which has provided him with strong insight into the current landscape we operate in. He graduated with a B.A. in Economics and General Business from Miami University in Oxford, OH, and currently lives in Chicago. Peter is an avid golfer and hockey enthusiast, so much of his time outside of work is spent golfing or watching the Washington Capitals.

Sydney graduated from Ball State University with a B.A. in Public Relations in 2023. Working out and maintaining healthy habits has always been a passion for Sydney. Outside the office, she loves to try new restaurants with friends, attend workout classes, and spend time with her family.

Matt joined RealtyAds in 2023 as a Director of Account Management. He has spent 10+ years in commercial real estate, helping his clients achieve success in onsite operations, tenant experience, and leasing. At RealtyAds, Matt enjoys advising ownership groups and brokerage firms on accomplishing their leasing goals with proactive targeting strategies. He values time spent strategizing with the account management team to maximize their client impact. Matt graduated with a B.B.A. in Marketing and Management from the University of Iowa and has an M.B.A from DePaul University with a concentration in Management. In his free time, Matt can be found traveling with his wife, hiking with his dog, adding to his vinyl collection, and indulging in the greatest pizza city in the world.

In his role, James oversees the engineering team by providing technical guidance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring quality assurance through strategic planning. His efforts are focused on delivering high-quality products and solutions and driving innovation and growth within our organization, all of which directly benefit our clients. Outside of the office, James finds that cooking is a fantastic outlet for creativity and a great excuse to entertain guests.

Throughout his career, Ryan has established himself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to his clients, offering tailored solutions to help meet their goals and objectives. He specializes in helping his clients leverage a digital strategy to drive leasing activity and combat vacancy across their portfolios. Ryan holds a B.B.A. in Business Management from the University of Iowa. Outside of work, Ryan is an avid runner who enjoys training for his next marathon, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family.

Sara graduated from Rithm School, where she gained hands-on experience building full-stack applications using a variety of languages and technologies. When Sara isn’t busy coding in the office, you can find her creating art through drawing, painting, and mosaics, playing video games, or attending a health and wellness event like a sound bath or yoga retreat.

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Chicago's cocktail scene with his fiancée Claire, commiserating over the latest Chicago sports disappointments, and comforting their anxiety-ridden dog, Olivia.

Courtney joined RealtyAds in 2024 as an Associate on the Account Management team. She worked at Hearst Magazines (Harper's BAZAAR, Men's Health, Esquire) in New York City for two years, focusing on leveraging digital marketing as a key revenue generator. She believes that having a strong digital strategy can lead to instant and measurable success. Courtney graduated from Babson College with a B.S. in Business Management where she also played lacrosse. In her free time, she enjoys pilates, health and fitness, spending time with friends & family, trying new restaurants and going to Cape Cod.

Specializing in nurturing prospects and generating demand, she enjoys working at companies driven by innovation. Caitlin has assembled marketing departments for startups across the Midwest, including one of Inc. 5000’s fastest-growing companies, VizyPay. Outside the office, you'll find her enjoying warm weather on a patio, attending workout classes, or heading to Lake Okoboji.

He has worked in the real estate software industry for over 10 years, gaining experience, most notably as one of the early employees at VTS. In his current role, he spends significant time helping to educate and grow relationships with strategic investors, owner/operators, and brokerage clients. Charlie graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill, where he also played lacrosse. Outside of the office, he and his wife enjoy chasing around their 3-year-old silver lab, Moon, going to Stone Harbor, NJ, and watching sports, playing golf, and boating around Annapolis, MD.

Her prior four years of account management experience at RealtyAds has propelled her understanding of both the internal and external facets of the business, helping her identify areas of improvement. Anna graduated from the University of Iowa with a focus in Entrepreneurial Management & Communications. Outside of work, Anna can be found trying out one of Chicago's patios, traveling, reading, or going on adventures with her 1-year-old Dachshund.

With experience in SaaS, Cameron understands the importance of utilizing technology to drive business and enhance awareness with a strong digital presence. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh with a B.S. in Communications and a Minor in Business Administration. After college, Cameron played baseball professionally in Alpine, Texas for the Alpine Cowboys. When Cameron isn't in the office, you can find him on a lake fishing or watching baseball with friends.

Varun joined RealtyAds in 2023 as the Vice President of Finance & Strategy. He leads the Company's finance, strategy, and analytics functions and works closely across departments to identify opportunities to enhance RealtyAds' value proposition for all users. Before RealtyAds, Varun was a private equity investor at Capstreet, focusing on enterprise software businesses primarily in the PropTech space. Varun began his career in investment banking at Lazard and graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Economics and minors in Financial Economics and Corporate Strategy. Outside of the office, Varun enjoys traveling to off the beaten path destinations, uncovering hidden food gems, and catching any competitive basketball game that’s on.

Involved in the space for almost 15 years, he enjoys the constantly changing, never-ending discovery of where technology and CRE can thrive. Driven by solving client problems, he offers insights into leveraging technology to create efficiencies for owners and their brokers. In his current role, his goals include first understanding and then recommending solutions he sees successful firms implementing in the market and where scalability can improve. Outside of his primary job functions, Matt is active in the Dallas PropTech & CRE scene as an organizer and contributor.

Before his tenure at RealtyAds, Harry spent five years as part of Cushman & Wakefield's Office Tenant Representation Group, where he negotiated over one million square feet of office, lab, and industrial leases nationwide. Through these experiences, Harry gained a deep understanding of the intricacies of the commercial real estate landscape and has established himself as a trusted source within the industry for his clients. Harry graduated with a B.A. in Real Estate & Finance from the University of Missouri and currently lives in Chicago’s vibrant River North neighborhood. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, catching a live concert at one of Chicago’s many venues, hitting the links when the weather permits, and visiting Wrigley Field to watch the Cubs hunt for another championship.

He works closely with his clients to help drive leasing activity and grow their digital presence. Pierce has a B.S. in Finance from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University. Outside of the RealtyAds office, you can find Pierce playing tennis with friends, trying new dinner spots in Chicago, and enjoying his summers on Lake Michigan in Holland, Michigan.

As the VP of Strategic Growth, Adam collaborates with some of the largest ownership groups and brokerage firms across the globe to help increase leasing activity and enhance digital exposure for their properties. Adam holds a B.A. in Marketing & Finance from the University of Kansas. Outside of the office, Adam can be found running on Lake Shore Drive, golfing across Chicagoland, searching for the city's best burger, or at home with his wife, son, and French bulldog.

In addition to his software development skills, Aaron also received a B.F.A. in Acting from Oklahoma City University. He has performed in various productions across Chicagoland. Outside of RealtyAds, Aaron enjoys Cubs and Bulls games, beach days, and street festivals.

Leveraging strong analytical skills and market insights, she collaborates with teams cross-functionally to identify key market trends and assist in crafting dynamic marketing content across various channels. After graduating with a B.B.A. in Marketing from Kansas State University, Victoria worked at Stream Realty Partners as the National Marketing Coordinator, assisting with implementing digital strategies and supporting marketing communications across 15+ offices. Outside of the office, Victoria is an avid hockey fan, loves traveling, and volunteers to tutor students.

Austin joined RealtyAds in 2021 and currently serves as the Sr. Director of Strategic Growth. In his role, he is primarily responsible for overseeing the digital success of some of the largest ownership groups and brokerage firms across the globe. As a former office tenant rep broker at Avision Young, Austin understands the gaps and challenges in the existing leasing playbook in the CRE market. He graduated from Bucknell University with a major in Economics. When not in the office, you can find Austin running on the Lake Shore Trail, trying Italian restaurants throughout the city, or spending time at his most sacred place, the golf course.
