POSITION OVERVIEW

As an Associate within Account Management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing client base. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that drive value for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
  • Effectively educate and communicate RealtyAds clients on our value add and key differentiators
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, providing timely and effective resolutions
  • Host regular meetings with clients to review success metrics, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for account expansion
  • Partner with Sales and other teams to develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling additional products or features to existing clients
  • Track and report on key account metrics, including performance trends, renewal forecasts, and customer health scores
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver client reports on a needed basis
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to better anticipate client needs and position our product effectively

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in sales or account management roles, preferably within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) or SaaS industry
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on retention and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information to clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about client needs and business objectives
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and apply new skills on an ongoing basis
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • Ideally proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Drive
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Open to occasional travel for client meetings and/or industry events

COMPENSATION

RealtyAds’ base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $70,000 per year. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role; therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of RealtyAds’ total compensation package which will include variable compensation, top-notch medical and dental coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and other benefits.
