POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Marketing Strategist for RealtyAds, you will work with the RealtyAds brand to create content that helps build brand awareness, enhance thought leadership, and enable our sales teams. Content will include copywriting for blogs and articles, social media strategy, generating ad copy, and more. This position will also be focused on delivering success stories to our target audience and internal team through drafting case studies and email marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in executing marketing efforts across digital channels (email, social media, paid ads, content marketing).
  • Create and update marketing materials, including blog posts, email templates, case studies, and sales collateral).
  • Help manage RealtyAds’ paid media efforts by assisting with ad setup, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Support content development for the website, blog, and email marketing to engage and inform potential customers.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for improvements.
  • Coordinate social media posts and engagement to drive brand awareness and audience growth.
  • Work closely with sales and account management to align marketing efforts with growth objectives.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital advertising, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of paid media, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with Canva, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Prior experience in B2B marketing, tech, or real estate is a plus but not required.

COMPENSATION

RealtyAds’ base salary range for this position starts at $45,000 but is flexible based on prior experience. The salary is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role. Salary is just one component of RealtyAds’ total compensation package which will include variable compensation, top-notch medical and dental coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and other benefits.
