Operations Associate

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Associate, Operations will report to the Director of Operations and serve as a versatile team member ensuring the smooth execution of daily office functions. This position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual eager to gain experience in business operations, office management, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and adaptable—ready to tackle a variety of tasks each day, from office management to assisting with operational initiatives that support company growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including inventory, vendor coordination, and workspace organization.
- Coordinate company-wide events, meetings, travel arrangements, and employee activities.
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.
- Act as the primary point of contact for property management to address office-related needs.
- Provide cross-departmental support, ensuring smooth communication and workflow between teams.
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and address minor operational issues.
- Coordinate internal events, team meetings, and company-wide initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
- Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and take on increasing responsibilities over time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Previous experience in office management, administration, or operations is a plus but not required.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to grow within an operations role.
COMPENSATION
RealtyAds’ base salary range for this position starts at $50,000 but is flexible based on prior experience. The salary is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role. Salary is just one component of RealtyAds’ total compensation package which will include variable compensation, top-notch medical and dental coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and other benefits.
