POSITION OVERVIEW
RealtyAds is seeking a graphic designer with a strong emphasis on live-action video production and motion graphics. In this role, you will create and maintain a variety of video and graphic assets that support sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience producing engaging video content, dynamic animations, and polished graphic designs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visually compelling video content and graphic designs.
- Produce and edit live-action videos, incorporating motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, production-ready sales materials.
- Support the design team from concept to execution, maintaining brand consistency across all deliverables.
- Stay current with industry trends, bringing fresh creative techniques and solutions to enhance RealtyAds’ visual strategy.
- Assist in building templates and systems to streamline production workflows.
- Maintain organized artwork files and version libraries for efficient asset management.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing live-action video production, animation, and graphic design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Understanding of integrated design across digital, social media, and mobile platforms.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work five days per week in-office at RealtyAds’ Chicago office.
