POSITION OVERVIEW

The Growth Associate will report to the Head of Sales and will be responsible for calling, prospecting, and emailing prospective clients while leveraging HubSpot, LinkedIn, and our internal systems to set top of funnel appointments. The role is designed to be a developmental opportunity to learn essential sales skills and eventually transition into a client-facing role within the Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Find, advance, and set appointments with CRE owners and brokers
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the market
  • Understand complex organizations and reach out to the right contacts via calls, emails, and social media
  • Collaborate with sales team members to identify and convert prospective customers

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Driven, motivated, and coachable; looking to enter a career in sales
  • Superb time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and apply new skills on an ongoing basis
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • High-level understanding of CRE/software market dynamics preferred
  • 5 days per week in-office at a RealtyAds Office (Chicago, Dallas, Charlotte, Annapolis)

COMPENSATION

RealtyAds’ base salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000 per year. Salary is just one component of RealtyAds’ total compensation package which will include variable compensation, top-notch medical and dental coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and other benefits. Annual OTE for this position including anticipated commissions is $70,000-$80,000 per year.
