POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Director, Growth at RealtyAds, you will report to the Head of Sales and play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company through strategic new business development. You will be responsible for actively pursuing and cultivating new opportunities and contributing to the expansion of the company’s client base. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for competing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively identify, contact, and pursue qualified new business opportunities for sustained company growth
  • Be able to nurture leads, and ultimately convert those leads into new customers
  • Effectively collaborate with all other sales team members to better define best in class go to market strategies
  • Work with a team lead and the Head of Sales to align prospecting efforts and drive overall revenue
  • Build strong prospect relationships through consistent communication, learning to effectively communicate “Why RealtyAds”
  • Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with existing clientele to further expand their usage of RealtyAds
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets assigned by the Head of Sales
  • Provide energetic product demonstrations both in person and over virtual meeting software

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record of successful sales and account management in technology, real estate, or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and familiarity with prop-tech solutions is desirable
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey concepts in a clear and compelling manner
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
  • 5 days per week in-office at a RealtyAds Office (Chicago, Dallas, Charlotte, Annapolis)

COMPENSATION

RealtyAds’ base salary for this position is $65,000-$75,000 per year. Salary is just one component of RealtyAds’ total compensation package which will include variable compensation, top-notch medical and dental coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and other benefits. Annual OTE for this position including anticipated commissions is $150,000-$160,000 per year.
