In 2024, RealtyAds strengthened its network of data partners to ensure that leasing budgets consistently target individuals with the authority to execute or influence leasing decisions. Our AI now makes over 1,000,000 API calls daily, optimizing the matching of vacancies with potential tenants. RealtyAds served 80.2 million ads across North America, South America, and Europe, reaching 2.5 targeted individuals every second and driving success for our clients.

In 2024, we partnered with 293 companies to optimize 340 million square feet of premium properties. Through sustained, targeted digital strategies, RealtyAds helped clients find deals worth $4.9 billion, advance more than $8.8 billion in deals through the leasing funnel, and close over $1.2 billion in transaction value.

4. Advancing the Dialogue in Commercial Real Estate
